At New Season Community, we provide independent, affordable shared housing for adults who are ready to begin a new chapter—but need a place to start. We proudly serve individuals being released from incarceration, military veterans, and adults experiencing housing insecurity after life transitions. If you're working with someone who needs a low-barrier, respectful, and structured living environment, we are ready to help.

What Makes Us Different

● No red tape. Simple, fast intake process.

● Furnished homes in residential neighborhoods (utilities included).

● Private or semi-private bedrooms, shared kitchens and bathrooms.

● Faith-rooted community model – optional support, no preaching.

● Residents treated with dignity and autonomy.

Who We Can Accept

We welcome adults (18+) who:

● Are being released from incarceration or transitional programs

● Have a verifiable income source (SSI, SSDI, VA, or job)

● Can manage daily living without on-site care

● Are willing to live respectfully in shared housing

● Do not have active violent or sex-related charges

 

We do not provide medical, mental health, or addiction treatment—but we partner with agencies that do. Your client must be able to live safely and independently.

What to Expect from Our Homes

  • Clean, safe, and fully furnished

  • All utilities included

  • Orientation and house rules overview

  • Monthly community check-ins

  • Local resources and partner referrals

  • Optional enrichment (spiritual care, job skills, house activities)
